The Madame Pan Chen Fen Scholarship is now open to those who are a 2nd year undergraduate student/master’s student or above at the College of International Studies and Social Sciences of National Taiwan Normal University.
The Madame Pan Chen Fen Scholarship of $15,000 NTD each is available to 2 students (one from the Graduate Institute of Social Work, one from the other departments/graduate institutes) enrolled in the second year of the undergraduate/graduate program or above at the College of International Studies and Social Sciences, National Taiwan Normal University.
About
Pan Shu-Man, professor of Social Work, established this scholarship in memory of her late mother Mrs. Pan Chen Fen and to encourage students to pursue academic excellence.
Eligibility
The Madame Pan Chen Fen Scholarship receipients must:
• not have received any scholarship in the previous schoolyear
• hold an overall GPA above 3.38 in the previous semester
*Note: Priory consideration would be given to those who are from low-income households or disadvantaged families.

• Please fill out the application form as well as the self-declaration form and submit the hard copy to the office of the department/graduate institute you enrolled in.
• Each department/graduate institute will assess and evaluate all the applicants and recommend one applicant for further review by the College of International Studies and Social Sciences.
